You can now enter this lucrative market through the acquisition of whole casks of this premium whiskey which will be legally registered to you and stored and insured for you while the product ages to maturity. As any whiskey lover knows, the more mature the whiskey, the greater its value becomes.
How it works
1. choose your cask
Perfectly suited to you, you can choose from 3, 5 and or 10 year old whiskeys, all in the BAHA family of whiskey and in oak casks. Our team handles all this to give you a simple, single investment cost at the outset, whilst ensuring that your asset acquisition is cared for correctly and your personal investment objectives are met.
2. MAKING IT PERSONAL
After selecting your casks the next step is to finalise the purchase and transfer cask ownership to you.Your very own individual cask will be engraved with your name, stamped with the BAHA logo and have it's own unique cask number. We will send you terms and conditions to sign along with your very own cask ownership certificate.
3. time to mature
Cask whiskey increases in value as it matures - a process that takes place before bottling and greatly enhances the flavour and quality of the product. During your chosen maturation period, we provide you with ongoing support and exclusive updates on your cask maturation, along with a number of opportunities and events where you can take part in the life of your whiskey.
4. VISIT YOUR CASK
Cask owners will have the opportunity to visit their cask, experience a full exhibition and tour of the distillery and be invited to exclusive occasions including, intimate dinners & tasting events.
5. bottling
When it comes time to realise the profit from your investment, we help you capture maximum value from each cask at the end of maturing. After a minimum of three years and one day the cask is sold to a brand owner for bottling at a price well in excess of its original cost. The net profit from that sale will rightfully belong to the investor who owns the cask.
